Following our Mass last week, we officially inducted our 2025 Student Leaders at Kolbe Catholic College. These students, together with our Student Leadership Coordinator and the College Leadership Team, are ready to help shape the year ahead and strengthen our community. We also commissioned our new staff and staff leaders. A huge warm welcome to all!
The celebration continued as we recognised the achievements of our Year 12, 2025 academic high achievers at the College Academic Awards Ceremony. It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces and congratulate them on their hard work.
A special thank you to Emmanuel, our College Dux of 2025 for addressing the whole school. Emmanuel shared: “All the people who I was blessed to meet at Kolbe aided me in some way, whether to achieve what I did during my time here or in other parts of my life. Thank you, Kolbe, I truly appreciate the opportunity I was given and all the connections I made here.”
We also celebrated Rhien Clements as the 2025 Vocational Major Dux. Rhien is following his dream and beginning training with the Australian Army. He left us with this message: “My time as a VCE VM student at Kolbe was one of significance and self-discovery. Your secondary school journey is special and should be cherished.”
